Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

At this time, Anthem ships exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates

• $15 flat rate shipping across Canada

• Free shipping on all orders over $99 (pre-tax)

Fulfillment Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, with most orders shipping the next business day.

Carriers and Tracking

We use ShipStation to select the most efficient carrier based on your location and order size. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout as soon as the order has shipped.

Local Pickup and Same-Day Delivery

In-store pickup is available during regular business hours.
Same-day local delivery is offered for eligible orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon).

PO Boxes

We do ship to PO boxes within Canada.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement once sufficient proof has been provided.
If your order arrives damaged, the damaged product must be returned before a replacement can be sent.

Pre-Orders

We do not accept pre-orders or backorders, except in the case of limited edition product drops, which will be clearly marked as such.
