Rise Liquid Chalk is a fast-drying grip solution for lifting, CrossFit, and climbing. Apply once, train through your session - no caked-on residue on bars or hands.

Formula: magnesium carbonate, denatured alcohol, and colophonium (rosin). The alcohol flashes off in seconds and leaves a thin, even chalk layer that holds up through sweaty sets.

Available in 50ml (gym bag size) and 250ml (home gym refill). Squeeze a coin-sized amount into your palms, rub in, let dry, and lift.
